Saw this today and it made me laugh. I'm the type of person that never bothers to check weather reports as they're so often wrong; I prefer to just wake up and take my day as it comes. Anyway.Our 14 snowboarder students have all arrived and things are off to a good start. They are so open to having their lives transformed by Him and for Him. There's something really special about snowboarders. They're loud, extreme, and so on fire. They're so open for adventure not just on the slopes but in worship times and all. It's incredible and inspiring.
Just a quick testimony, Day 1 one of the girls who WAS lactose intolerant got prayed for in church, came back to base and downed a big glass of milk to test it, and felt totally fine! I have a feeling that's only the beginning of lots of healing He is doing on this school. It was funny at dinner cuz the cook made a special cake for her not knowing she'd been healed, but she didn't end up needing it. She asked for ice cream instead! God is so good!
