"Like A Weaned Child..."

I just wanted to share a beautiful scripture passage that's been coming up the last few weeks in lectures...

"I have calmed and quieted myself, like a weaned child who no longer cries for it's mother's milk. Yes like a weaned child is my soul within me."

We had teaching on Father Heart this week and our speaker brought some amazing revelation on this verse - when it says "weaned" it doesn't mean that the child is too big to breastfeed. Weaned = the moment the child is full, and rests in it's mother's arms, utterly content. That is how we are to be to Father. This week has been alot about learning to be childlike.
